DynaVap Titanium Tip — Helix

£48.95

The lightest DynaVap titanium chamber, with a spiral outer profile to keep heat away from the stem.

Key facts

  • Titanium, just over 3 g — DynaVap's lightest titanium tip

  • Triple helix outer profile instead of straight fins

  • Three convection ports with internal channels

  • The screen moves to halve the chamber, for smaller amounts

  • DynaVap: fits all standard-size DynaVap devices and caps, including the M7. Not the G3

Full description

Who this is for: M7 owners who want the device to heat quickly and stay comfortable to hold.

The tip is the metal cup your material goes in and the part you heat. Less metal means it reaches temperature faster and has less stored heat to push down the stem towards your hand.

Instead of straight fins the outside is a spiral, which gives roughly the same surface area to shed heat while removing weight. DynaVap say the thicker chamber walls "help minimize hot spots" — one side of the load cooking before the other — and that the three convection ports "work alongside the Helix's internal air channels to create a smooth, balanced airflow".

The screen inside can be raised to halve the chamber, so a small amount still packs against the walls where the heat is rather than sitting loose.

DynaVap's own compatibility list for the G3 reads “Not Compatible: Tips, Condenser Assemblies (no condenser necessary), Dosing Capsules, DynaCoil”. The G3 is a one-piece glass body with no separate tip, so no tip fits it.
