Who this is for: anyone who finds a toothed grinder hard to turn, or wants a looser grind.
Most grinders crush material between rows of teeth. The KLIP slices it between a magnetically suspended blade and a fixed one; our supplier says the result is “a light, aerated grind”. HØJ list “customizable fineness”, set with the control discs in the box.
There are no threads to screw together: magnets hold the two halves together (our supplier). It comes apart for cleaning.
HØJ sell a funnel, and finer or medium collection meshes, separately.
