Who this is for: XQ2 owners who use the machine from a chair rather than standing over it.
The XQ2 is a desktop unit. It sits on a table and it is usually not the table you are sitting at. Changing the temperature or the fan speed means getting up, and with a balloon filling you often want to change the fan mid-way.
For anyone with limited mobility this is less of a convenience than it sounds. Not having to stand up to adjust a machine is the difference between using it comfortably and not.
Arizer sell a separate remote for the older Extreme Q. This is the XQ2 one; they are not interchangeable.
