Who this is for: XQ2 owners who already have the cartridge and just need fresh pads.
The pad is the part that actually catches the dust, so it is the part that gets dirty. Taking the old one out and dropping a new one in takes a moment and needs no tools.
If you do not have the cartridge, or yours is damaged, buy the Air Filter Cartridge with Filter instead: that is the housing with a filter already in it.
Four is roughly a year of ordinary use, though it depends entirely on the room.
