Full description
Who this is for: someone who wants the simplest possible battery and would rather not think about settings at all.
A 510 battery is the power source. Your cartridge comes from the pharmacy with the medicine and the heating element already inside it — it has no power of its own. This screws on and supplies the electricity. "510" is just the size of the screw thread, and nearly every cartridge uses it.
There is no button. You inhale and it switches on. If grip, tremor or coordination make pressing and breathing at the same time awkward, that removes the problem rather than working around it.
One thing to know before you buy. The M4 has no settings. It runs at 3.6V, and on the CCELL batteries that do offer a choice, 3.6V is the top of the three — the setting they label for a bigger, stronger draw. Some cartridges taste better run cooler than that. If you would rather have the choice, the M4B Pro gives you three.
Charging is USB-C, so it takes the same cable as most modern phones, and it refills in about half an hour.
