Who this is for: PAX Mini 2 and PAX 4 owners whose screen has gone dark or stiff, or who have lost the brush.
The oven screen is the mesh at the bottom of the oven that lets air through and keeps material out of the airway. As it clogs the draw gets harder and the heating less even. When cleaning no longer restores it, it is finished.
On cleaning the screen, PAX’s own documents disagree: the current help centre says soak it, an older PAX 3 guide says don’t. Use the help-centre guidance for current devices. PAX agree on the lid: never submerge it.
