Who this is for: Mighty+ owners whose cooling unit no longer fits firmly, or whose draw has started leaking air.
An O-ring or seal ring is a rubber sealing ring. Heat and isopropyl both wear them: they harden, shrink or crack, and parts stop sealing. Our spares guide puts seals at every several months to a year, sooner if you soak parts regularly.
The Mighty+ cooling unit comes apart into eight pieces, and cleaning it means levering the seal rings off with the Filling Chamber Tool supplied. Small rubber rings are easy to lose, so a spare set is worth having.
If you use the Mighty+ Medic, check its own instructions: the Medic range lists its own seal ring set.
