Three things wear on a portable vaporiser: the screens clog, the seal rings harden, and the cooling unit fills with resin. They wear together, because they are all in the same airway. Replacing one and not the others usually leaves the problem where it was.
This is the set to buy when the draw has gone tight, the taste has gone flat, or the parts no longer seat firmly. It is also the sensible thing to keep in a drawer before any of that happens.
The mouthpieces come with their seal rings already fitted, which is the fiddly part done for you.
